The space Perfect for extended stays, this junior villa offers both space and comfort. Heat up a quick meal in your kitchenette, complete with microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Enjoy the stunning Palm Springs skyline on your private balcony and get a good night's rest in your queen-sized bed. This spacious, accessible room features a visual alarm, bed shaker, or visitor doorbell. Additionally, the bathtub features grab bars and a handheld shower. Other things to note The minimum checking in age 21. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (The resorts front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but attaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. At time of check-in, a valid government issued photo ID is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation is made. Please contact me before or immediately after if your name is different on your ID. There is a $150 name change fee applicable after 48 hours after booking date. Resort fees are applicable $30 per night. A valid credit card is needed for incidentals. A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at time of check in for incidentals and will be released immediately after check out if nothing is damaged or purchased under the room. Each guest(s) room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout entire the stay. All units are assigned by the resort. At time of check in. Please note that this resort-style property since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes. Front desk staff assign your unit at check-in and will also be available during your stay to ensure you have a great experience! Parking is free for 1 vehicle (this may vary with the resort updates-please let me know if you need more parking passes. There are also other on paid parking lots near by. -Smoking policy: all guests suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be a charged fine if $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guests suites. -please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. -pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working service animals as defined by the ADA. Certified support and therapy animals are not allowed.
