North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Ivy is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind. The space Ivy is a lovely cosy cottage, with a one double bedroom it is ideal for a couple seeking a bit of peace and quiet with a view. The open plan lounge, kitchen, diner has a log burning stove and fantastic views down the valley and across to Dartmoor in the distance Guest access Ivy has a private doorway accessed across a shared courtyard patio. Whilst the gardens are shared there is ample space to roam and or just sit and unwind. Other things to note We took ownership of North Hill Cottages in April 2022 and have inherited a fantastic site with very strong ratings for the previous owners, super hosts Adrian and Carol Ann. We intend to continue their legacy in providing a fun holiday venue for all ages in a great location !
