Upstairs apartment. Simple, clean and quiet. 1842 Greek Revival home, originally a farm on the edge of town. Sits on 1.25 acres with lots of old trees. By no means chic, and certainly not fancy, but cozy . Bring your Smartphone. Smart TV. Cable is high speed fiber optic. Sofa bed in Living room Guest access Large yard, enjoy! Other things to note Expect some "patina" as everything is over 175 years old. We are not so lazy as we are preservationists and like old stuff.
