Experience the beauty of Lake Simcoe all year round with just a short walk to the beach where you can walk the beachfront trail, take a dip in the lake, take the kids to the park, or get out on the water to enjoy some fishing and water sports with access to our kayaks. Enjoy winters here with ice fishing, snowmobiling or Friday Harbor Resort!! Other things to note Access to 3 kayaks to take out on Lake Simcoe Badminton/Volleyball net Horseshoe pit Additional fees: must be arranged and paid before booking: 3 kayaks available. Price per stay per kayak and paddles. 1 kayak with paddles $100.00 per stay Must be arranged prior 3 kayaks available. Firewood: One box( 2’x3.5’) kindling, split logs seasoned wood. 100.00$ for stay includes one box. Pet cleanup & smoking: If evidence of pets/smoking inside the house the guest will be charged an additional $350.00 deep cleaning fee.
