Cozy triple room - Eleolithos Retreat Himare

Eleolithos Retreat is a relaxing and quiet retreat, located in a peaceful area surrounded by an old olive grove and pretty mountain views making it ideal for solo travellers, families and couples searching for moments of peace. The driving distance from the centre and the closest beaches is maximum 5 minutes -car is needed- and walking distance approximately 30 minutes. Free parking space is provided. The space The room is located on the ground floor. Includes a mini kitchen as well as a private bathroom. Air-conditioning, television and dining table. The room is completely private and not shared with others. HOUSE RULES 1. Respect the quiet hours 11:00pm-9:am. 2. No unregistered guests allowed.  3. Turn off the AC, lights whenever you leave. 4. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 5. Please clean up after yourself 6. No smoking indoors and no illegal substances allowed. 7. No parties/events allowed - be considerate to neighbours. 8. Damaged furniture, devices, bed linen/towels or broken devices incure a few. Guest access Guests have access to the stone front yard which is shared with the room next door. Each room has its own outdoor table and chairs/bench in front of the door. The swings in the yard are ment to be shared for both rooms.
