Vienna 1900 Residence

An era in the late 19th century in which Vienna was capital of the famous Austro-Hungarian empire and was home to many of the world’s leading artists, scientists, scholars and adventurers. We spent a great deal of effort to make sure that even the smallest details are perfect. We’ve managed to create an authentic atmosphere for the belle epoque period, during which everyone, once they had earned some wealth, aspired to live like an aristocrat. In our renovations, we mainly used vintage building materials, such as refurbished century-old wood paneling and flooring. In addition, we furnished the apartment with largely historical furniture. As a result, your stay will give you a very good idea of what it might have been like waking up in a tasteful apartment in Vienna in the year 1900. While we did everything to make sure you can enjoy a historic adventure, we also made sure that the apartment has all of the modern amenities and comforts that you rightly expect. Guest access The Vienna 1900 residence consists of two bedrooms, one salon, a spacious balcony, a walk-in closet, two bathrooms with barrier-free floor level showers, two toilets, a spacious entrance, an antechamber, a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as another kitchenette. The residence offers more than enough space to comfortably house 4 guests in two double-beds (one king-size version 200cm x 200cm, the other one 160cm x 200 cm). Other things to note The Vienna 1900 Residence is located on the third floor, right next to a small school in a street with little traffic. For the self check in, it is necessary that at least one person is taking the stairs to the third floor to open the key-safe and take out the keys with the lift-chip. Without the chip the elevator cannot be used, unfortunately. To get into the house you will just need to press a certain button and the door will unlock automatically. The apartment itsself is barrier-free. Please be advised, that a professional foto-shooting in the apartment needs to be agreed with the host in advance. Else it is of course allowed to take fotos for private purposes.
