Our home is (conveniently!) located next to train tracks. If you are a light sleeper, this urban location might not be for you. The space Our home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-floor walk-up. There are approximately 15 steps to get into the unit, with a landing in the middle. First Floor (Floor 2) - Kitchen - Laundry Room - Bedroom with (1) Queen Bed - Full Bathroom with walk-in shower only (located in hallway) - Dining Room - Living Room Second Floor (Floor 3) - Bedroom with (1) Queen Bed, a full bath ensuite w/ small tub and separate shower, and a private deck. - Bedroom with (1) Queen Bed and an ensuite full bath w/ a bathtub/shower combo - Bedroom with (2) Queen Beds Extra Sleeping Spaces - (2) Twin-XL foldable pillowtop mattresses and sheets are always at the property for use. - Travel Crib is always at the property for use. Our home is (conveniently!) located next to the L-train tracks. The train slows down as it passes the property. We provide earplugs and sound machines in each room but if you are a light sleeper, this urban location might not be for you. Other things to note We pride our home on being spacious and comfortable for families, group trips, colleagues, etc. Take it from some of our past guests! Kelsey, May 2024 - Truly the best short term rental experience I've ever had. The home is perfect - beautifully decorated, very comfortably fit 10 of us, is in a super cute neighborhood and has easy access to the L (seriously, it's a 2 minute walk). Beyond the place itself, Kelsey and Sean were very communicative and have gone the extra mile to make sure every room is as comfy and peaceful as possible. We all got fantastic sleep, which is nearly a miracle. I'll be looking to book this spot for any future trips I make to Chicago! Lisa, June 2024- We had a great stay at Kelsey's place! The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything we needed. The train did not bother us in the slightest. The sound machines in the rooms were such a nice touch. We had 8 girls stay together at Kelsey's place and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our meals at the house so easy. The courtyard is adorable- especially at night with the string lights. It was the perfect place to take group photos and hang out. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. Kelsey gave great, detailed instructions about how to find the parking spots and how to check-in. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again! Rachel, July 2023 - Kelsey's place was perfect for my coworkers and I for a short work retreat. Plenty of space, all the amenities we needed, and a lot of room for us to sit, talk, and work.
