It is in the “ready-to-camp with electricity (30 amps)” category. Running water is available on the docks (unheated water) as well as at the sanitary block (heated water). Dogs are welcome. The floating platform measures 12 x 26 feet and is permanently attached to the dock. The cabin (10 feet x 12 feet) includes: - Sleeping: Two single benches with slatted box springs and pillows (EXCLUSE BEDDING). One of them can stretch into a double bed (capacity for 3 people, ideal for 2). -Kitchen equipment: Compact fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker (with reusable K-cup) and blender. -Mini electric grill (NO COST IF EMPTIED and CLEANED BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE). - Basic dishes for 3 people (including cast iron skillet/wok for picnic area barbecues). NO CHARGE IF CLEANED BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. -Climatization: Small air conditioner at height (limited performance in daylight during heat waves). This accommodation is not recommended for people who are sensitive to intense heat. -Heating: small electric portable heater that can also be used as a fan. Hair dryer and small first aid kit (in one of the banquette drawers) -Documentations on the area (including book) and small game (of cards or other) - Cleaning products (including all necessary to do the dishes and to clean the grill) -Other amenities: Side table (long foldable bench), storage spaces (sofa bed drawers and small shelves), opaque blinds or curtains in all windows (windows on 4 sides with UV polymer films), dog bowl The floating platform includes outside: -Large covered terrace at the front (12 feet x 10 feet) with 2 "zero gravity" sun loungers, a table with extender & 2 chairs and an electric mosquito repellent device. -A backrest bench, containing 2 adult flotation jackets (REQUIRED IN WATERCRAFT) and various leisure items (boules/pockets, ball, pool items). A $50 fee may apply if our manager has to come out to restore power due to a problem that could have been avoided or resolved by following the instructions. - CANCELLATION OR REFUND: NO REFUND OUTSIDE THE CANCELLATION POLICY, NOR IN THE EVENT OF A GENERAL POWER OUTAGE RESULTING IN A WATER SHUTDOWN (in this case, see the marina owner for troubleshooting options), nor in the event of occasional noise nuisance (a train passes once during the day and once at night on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and there may be gunshots on the river, especially on the day when duck hunting opens around September 21).
