The space OCTOBER 10 OVERNIGHT SPECIAL: Reduced overnight price and free propane gas for barbecue or free daily access to paddle boats DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT AND INCLUSIONS Aloberge 4 is the fourth of the 8 units of the magnificent site "Le Refuge de l'Île-aux-Noix" going towards the Richelieu. The unit is "ready-to-camp with electricity (30 amps)" and dogs are welcome. The floating platform is 12 x 26 feet and is permanently attached to the dock. The cabin is 10 x 12 feet in size and includes: - Two single benches with slatted bed bases, one of which can be stretched into a double bed (sleeping capacity 3, but the accommodation is ideal for 2) - The following kitchen equipment: compact fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker with reusable k-cup, blender, basic dishes for 3 people, skillet and/or cast iron wok for the barbecue, necessary to do the dishes, dog bowl, side table (long folding bench) - A water dispenser with 3 gallons of well water. (Running water is only available at the entrance to the dock and at the captain's office) - Small heaters/fan - Small A/C in height (works better in the evening and at night than during the day in heat waves) - Towels for 3 people and bath items (hair dryer, first aid kit, small samples of eco-friendly lemongrass soap & shampoo) - Bedding for 3 people: pillows, set of single and double sheets (BLANKETS NOT INCLUDED). - Storage spaces (bench drawers, small shelves) - Windows that open on 4 sides (anti-UV polymer films) The large front terrace, 12' x 10', includes: -2 zero gravity sun loungers -A table with extension and 2 chairs -An electric mosquito repellent The rear balcony includes: - Outdoor barbecue with built-in cooking ring, barbecue utensils, barbecue plate or mat (propane gas not included/optional) - Bench with recreational items (ball, ball games, badminton rackets, frisbee) - Free place to bring a small boat, if it fits next to the accommodation (the available space is 8 feet by 15 feet) - Two unisex bathrooms with showers, available within a minute's walk, at the site's harbor master's office - Free parking - Wi-Fi from the harbor master's office (72 Mbit/sec in the accommodation) - Free access to the Refuge grounds and its facilities (outdoor fireplace, hammock, swing, fishing dock, volleyball court, small trail, tables, briquette barbecues, rocky jetty). OPTIONAL (to be ordered if possible more than 24 hours in advance) - Propane gas for the accommodation's barbecue ($10/night + taxes) -In low season and on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY of high season: shared daily access to the 8 small Aloberge boats: $49/day + taxes (*see conditions) Note that in high season the municipality plans to rent its own paddle boats on the site from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, inclusive, in good weather - 2-3 hour sailboat tour around Fort Lennox Island ($99 per person + taxes, 2 people minimum) (* Conditions of use of Aloberge's small boats: To be used one at a time per accommodation, 3 hours maximum at a time per boat, according to availability and according to the safety rules mentioned in the rental contract).
