The kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, wiring, heating and air conditioning are all modern additions to make your stay very comfortable. Please no pets and you must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Unfortunately local zoning prohibits stays of less than 30 days. The property features an open floor plan with dining room, living room, den with piano, and a large well equipped kitchen on the first floor. When entering at the back of the building you’ll also find a large mud room and adjacent coat room with half bath. The second and third floors each have three bedrooms and 3/4 bathrooms. The second floor also has an additional master bath with a large tub for bathing. The three bedrooms on the second floor have queen size beds and two of the bedrooms have access to a large three season porch. Two of the bedrooms on the third floor have full size beds and the third has a twin bed. There’s also a roll out cot in the closet in the front bedroom. The basement has a laundry room which includes a large counter area with utility sink, washer, and dryer. We have a burglar alarm system if needed and a modern fire and CO detection system which is continuously monitored. We also have surveillance camera's watching the exterior doorways, parking, etc. We have off street parking for many vehicles and a two car garage.
