In the heart of Perpignan, 50 m from the Castillet, you will be 2 steps from all the action of the city center: shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, bus station, grocery stores... We will be happy to host you and help you plan your stay if needed! The space The apartment is on the 1st floor and was completely renovated in September 2021. Located on a pedestrian street adjacent to the Castillet (historical monument of Perpignan), it is the liveliest and most pleasant district of Perpignan since everything is nearby. You can also enjoy a private terrace that overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. Access is directly from the kitchen, convenient for an aperitif or meal outside. Table, chairs and umbrella await you! In the kitchen you will find a retractable table to have your meals as well as all the utensils to prepare good little dishes, ceramic hobs, a fridge with separate freezer, washing machine... Upstairs is the living room and office area as well as an air conditioner, TV, box with Wi-Fi (fiber) and shower room with toilet. And finally, the sleeping area on the attic mezzanine, a cocoon with a very comfortable 140 cm bed. /!\ To access the upper floor and the mezzanine, you must take fairly narrow and steep stairs, which is why we felt that this is not the ideal apartment for young children. Other things to note Following the heat of last summer, we replaced the classic sofa with a sofa bed in the living room because it can be very hot on the attic mezzanine despite the fan.
