Combined with western standard bathrooms, kitchen and living area Villa Lilawadee is a unique property in Koh Samui. Guest access The entire villa is private and located in a secure gated complex. Private roofed parking is available in front of the villa. Our guest staff are on stand by to assist with any needs. It's 500m distance from the main road to the villa and there is a small hill to get to our residence. For older people I recommend to book grab taxis or rent a car. In general in this heat I recommend not to walk unless it's to the great restaurant down the road 500 meters away. On the upper level the villa has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and sea view. The villa is equipped to comfortably host up to 6 person and is fitted with stylish decorative interiors. Chaweng Noi Beach is only 10 mins walking distance with many restaurants, shops and local markets. Other things to note Please note electricity is charged extra at 7 Thai Baht/kwh unit. We can take a photo of the meter at check in and then at check out. We normally take a small security deposit at check in and then do the electricity bill at check out. Smoking is not allowed in inside the villa but on the balconies and in the garden it's fine. For groups with kids that would like to book the villa please note that there are expensive antique furniture items and decoration in the house and all damages in the house will be charged. This is normally not a problem as long the kids are old enough. We love kids as well but this needs to be noted. For groups that plan to have big parties at the villa late night, please do not book. There are neighbours with children so after 10pm please respect the quiet hours to keep the peace with our neighbours. Of course you can still use the garden and pool at any time.
