The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed passing through the patio bbq area with only 2 steps or from the parking lot staircase of 10 steps only and also very close to parking spot for the apartment. Please NOTE: during July and August the pool and bbq area will undergo maintenance programs and may not be available for use.
