Perfect getaway 5 min from all amenities of our small railroad town. Wake up to great sunrise views, free-range chickens & our local wildlife. This sweet 44 acre farm has been in our family for 66 years. We live on the property & love hosting people. The studio apartment is best suited for up to 2 adults & 2 children. We are open to the conversation about your family dog staying. No cats or other pets allowed. No unregistered guests, smoking vaping, parties or illegal activity. This is the full hobby farm experience, including a historic Tank House building converted into a 3 story playhouse and lookout tower. The Studio Apartment is one room w/ kitchenette & apartment size frig & bathroom. (no oven) It has a private entrance. Check in instructions will be given within 24hours of the day of your paid reservation. We live on the property so we usually greet our guests or meet you at some point during your stay. Quiet neighborhood with wide-open spaces. Our forty-four acres is great for those wanting a relaxed getaway. We are in the heart of the Platte River Valley where Sandhill Cranes stop over for 6 weeks during their spring migration. A little slice of birder's paradise. Our location is within 5-10 minutes of most restaurants, golfing & great coffee. In the interest of the comfort, safety & enjoyment for all our guests, our cozy studio apartment is best suited for a maximum of 2 adults & 2 children. The conversation about your family dog/s (no more than 2) must happen before booking. A $250.00 fee will be charged for each unregistered guests or pets. Dog/s are to be on lease & not to be left unattended in Airbnb. Any damages to the apartment because of you or your pet will also be added to reservation charges. We are unable to host cats or other pets.
