Fully equipped 4-season chalet for 8 people (4 bedrooms in summer) from mid-May until Thanksgiving. AFTER Thanksgiving weekend: Only the Chalet for 6 people (3 bedrooms) is available. ***PLEASE NOTE*** The independent Maisonnette is not winterized. CLOSED in WINTER. Heat pump in the cottage You will find everything you need for cooking: Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and plastic cups. Pots, pyrex, roaster. Glass and plastic wine glasses for outdoors, placemats. A raclette and fondue set as well as an extension cord. Large capacity crock pot (8 liters), large electric rice cooker, baking sheets, cutting boards, cooking utensils, mini panini grill, 4-slice toaster, kettle. 2-door fridge with water dispenser Dishwasher Table for 8 people In each bedroom: Sheets, bedspread, 2 pillows, tissue paper. Waterproof and anti-bedbug/mite mattress and pillow covers) 2 full bathrooms: 1 with bath, vanity and sink and separate toilet. In the basement, full bathroom with large glass shower. In the basement: 2 closed bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and 1 double bed, living room with a gas fireplace. Foosball table. Library with books in French and English, variety of board games, card games, backgammon, shuffleboard table, giant shuffleboard, etc. Living room with 2 single armchairs and 1 loveseat (Elran style) 40-inch smart TV with built-in Chromecast, soundbar, DVD/Blu-Ray player/variety of movies for the whole family. In each bathroom (cottage and house): 1 bath towel per person, hand towels, washcloths, 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Laundry area: Large capacity front-loading washer and dryer that you can use as needed. A few soap caps and softener sheets are available to you. * Small folding bed for 1 young child, 1 pillow, 1 set of sheets and a duvet. Ikea high chair, folding wooden barrier for the stairs. INCLUDED in the rental price BETWEEN MID-MAY AND THANKSGIVING: Pretty cottage independent of the cottage which includes a queen bed with bedding, a full bathroom with glass shower, living area with gas fireplace, TV and Blu-Ray player. Kitchenette equipped with a microwave, 2-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker (capsules not included), 1 roll of paper towels and a mini fridge. Kitchen and bathroom cleaning products. Ceiling fan in the cottage. Good weather, bad weather: enjoy the 4-season covered HOT TUB with lake view. Turkish cotton towels for the hot tub and beach. *** 1 small dog ALLOWED (under 10 pounds) additional fee. Guest access The 2 gas BBQs are available from May to the end of October. 4-season hot tub sheltered from the weather. 2 Outdoor fireplaces Logs included. 1 of the 2 fireplaces is available in winter. Available in summer: Watercraft 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards where you leave the dock with the boats (be careful of the muddy bottom: water shoes recommended) Dock and pedal boat (pedal boat sheltered from the rain) Floating noodles, folding chairs, outdoor children's games, petanque, horseshoes, bean bag toss, badminton, croquet. ***FOR SWIMMING*** Sandy beach at the municipal beach of Val-des-Sources. It is 850 meters away. (7 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive). A few meters from the mountain bike trails. Close to hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails, golf club, municipal beach, microbrewery, Mont Ham, Mont Gleason. Village of Val-des-Sources 7 minutes by car (grocery stores, pharmacy, SAQ, bowling alley, etc. All year round, enjoy the beautiful view of the lake at sunrise. All you have to do is show up and have fun! Other things to note 2 security cameras (closed during rentals) Val-des-Sources is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Montreal and Quebec City. The nearest major cities are: Victoriaville (35 minutes) Drummondville (55 minutes) Sherbrooke (50 min) As a reminder: ***CATS PROHIBITED for allergy reasons Only 1 small dog is allowed (extra charge) Must be leashed at all times on the property and on a leash during walks.
