Scenic Bliss as the name suggests is surrounded by lush and enchanting green fields, the scenic beauty that lends an idyllic nature to the place and fills you with bliss and euphoria. It’s a home away from home, a weekend retreat that relaxes you, eliminates any stress and tiredness, and provide you substantial rest and rejuvenates you and recharges you for the week ahead. The property is surrounded by nature and stunning hill views. Please treat our home as you would your own. Happy holidays! The space The property offers a very calm and a scenic view of the hills and farms as the name suggests. Short tour to our property: Our home is located in a resort complex called Holiday Maiyaan Cloud Residency which is in Dhamni village. When you enter the property, there is dedicated parking space to the left and moving forward is the way to the reception and our in-house restautant. Our apartment is placed in the building that is right opposite to the restautrant. The staff there, will help you with the keys for check-in. -The living room is very spacious with an attached bathroon and a kitchenette with an induction stove, microwave, a fridge and a few basic utensils for cooking. -We have 2 sofa cum bed's in the living room which can accomodate 3 people. They are very comfortable, big enough but, use them gently as the mechanism is delicate compared to a normal bed. -Then there is a very cozy bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom. -The patio/balcony runs across the bedroom and the living room and is accessible from both ends. It has a very scenic view with hills and farms across. The patio/balcony has chairs and a coffee table. (Separate chairs for rainy season to be used) -Our home and comfortably accommodate 4 people. Beautiful places you can visit on your stay here: -There is a small waterfall in the property itself during peak rains which is just 5 mins away from the reception. -ND's Film Studio - 1 hour -Bhimashankar Trek - 50 mins -Bhivgad/Bhimgad Fort - 41 mins -Padargad Fort - 50 mins -Solanpada Dam - 25 mins -Kondhane Buddhist Caves - 1 hour -Kothilgad (Peth Fort) trek base - 30 mins -Nisarg Dhaba - 20 mins -Saltt Restaurant & Bar - 45 mins -Cocokart Karjat - 45 mins -Chillar River (Pinglas) - 20 mins Beautiful during rains Guest access The entire suite room/1bhk apartment with a beautiful patio is exclusive for the guests. We have a home kitchen/restaurant from where you have have food. You have an option to order food or have it at the restautant that is set-up. However, room service is not available. The food at the home/kitchen is freshly cooked and hence, requires a minimum of 2 hrs preparation time. There is a beautiful pool which is open to sky in the resort which is accessible to guests. You can also enjoy your meals on the tables by the pool. Other things to note -Check-in anytime after 1 pm -Check-out at 11 am -Smoking/hookah is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and bathrooms. -Do not consume food on the bed or the sofas and use the table mats when using the tables. -Loud music is permitted only upto 9:30 pm by law. -We do not allow any kind of decorations in the house. -Please remove your footwear before entering the home. The surfaces of this house are best felt barefoot. -We prefer Pure Veg Food Only in the apartment. For non-veg food, we suggest you to visit our restaurant for the same. -Minimum room service charges are applicable if food is ordered to the room from the restaurant. -Ask at the reception for the menu of the day. -Pre-order your food atleast 2 hrs prior -Last order is at 7:30 pm -We suggest you to close the windows and curtains in the evening, before you switch on the lights which helps avoid insects. -The property is quiet secluded and only Airtel network works smoothly. Jio Network works with fluctuations. -There may be unpredictable power-cuts in the area but, we have an inverter with basic fan, lights and wifi connections. -The resort complex have their staff but we personally do not have a seperate care-taker. -The house is 20 mins away from the village, so we recommend you to get all your requirements for drinks and food prior. -Our place is not pet friendly.
