Semi detached from the main house and across the road from the beautiful white buildings of the German School. Your family will be comfortable and close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. The space Open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining room area. We have 2 x 2 seater couches and a 75 inch TV, with Netflix and Amazon prime available for entertainment. The Kitchen is organised with basic cooking needs such as pots, pans and oil, tea and coffee supplies. Solar power to alleviate load shedding, the aircon and geyser will not work during load shedding, but everything else should work. Location It is very close to shops and malls in the Westville area, and about 20 min drive to the beach. Located in a boomed area, it’s great for taking walks around the neighbourhood. Please note: - We do have a medium size dog on the property, he is very friendly. - For your and out safety we have cameras around the outside of the property which are not actively monitored but record motion when armed usually in the evenings. Guest access Remote access gate, separate cottage with own entrance on shared property. Other things to note Septic tank, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
