Cozy villa in Norrland

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the village there is an outdoor pool, shop and play areas. In the house there are, among other things, a pool table, sauna and outside a newly built large terrace of nearly 80 sqm. On the terrace there is a dining table for 8 people and a lounge set. A large barbecue and sun loungers. The hot tub seems to lose air sometimes but is on. The sauna is closed from May 1 and starts December 1. The house is old but with many renovated spaces. There are, of course, flaws 😊 For special requests, send a message. The space An old house with many newly-renovated rooms. The house has 3 generous bedrooms upstairs & 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen that is equipped with most things you may need. There is also a large living room with a sofa/TV area and a pool table area. On the entrance floor, there is also a toilet. From the living room, you come out to a veranda with a roof and from it down to the terrace that measures almost 80 sqm. There's space to sunbathe, barbecue, dining table for at least 8 people & the hot tub. The house has most of what you may need if you are traveling with children. Crib & high chair. A variety of games for both adults and children & of course toys and coloring books/pencils. Children must be diaper-free to swim in the hot tub as there is no purification system. In the basement there is a laundry room and sauna. The sauna is only running in winter as we have the hot tub running in spring/summer/autumn. Since the house is powered by electricity, it is not yet possible to run both at the same time. Since the house is old and we have many fire-powered appliances in the house, one must think about not having high-power machines running at the same time. The house gets warm if it is very hot outside, so please open the doors and windows. If that's not enough, there is AC and fans available. The beds are always freshly made on arrival and if needed, there is a washing machine in the basement. There are a lot of towels but to think about the environment, we would like to see you use your towel more than once. The hot tub needs to be taken care of every day. There are instructions for that. There is an outdoor pool in the village with a large pool if you want to jump in and play. Next to it, there is also a playground. The sauna is only open in winter.
