This central and cozy 45m2 studio is located in the Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid. It is the ideal place to get to know Madrid as a couple, since it is super well located, right in the center. As soon as you leave the apartment you will find yourself in Callao and Gran Vía. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A single open space with a sofa, television and a 150x200 double bed. It also has a perfect desk to work, in case you come to Madrid for that reason * The kitchen open to the living room. Reformed and equipped * A complete renovated bathroom with shower Good to know: as it is centrally located, it may be a bit noisy. The apartment is the ideal place to get to know Madrid as a couple or as a solo adventurer. Or for work trips, since its location is unbeatable. From here you can walk to see the most emblematic places in the capital without having to take the Metro. If you come for work, you have several Metro stops very close to the apartment, in case you need to get around. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The oven is microwave oven. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 1 air conditioner unit with heat pump in the open space. The property also has central heating in the building itself, which works for all the neighbours from October to May. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 30 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Restricted area by car: If you come by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which require you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
