The game room is also downstairs with its own bathroom. The huge kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals, luncheons, banquets, etc. There is a half bath off the main living area and a bathroom in the laundry area off the kitchen. There are glass French doors in the main living area that open onto a patio covered by a romantic trellis. There is also a large rooftop deck at the top of the stairs to the second floor. Guest access This listing is for one of three houses on the property, the Carriage House. Guests that rent the Carriage House only will potentially share the property with other renters in the Lake House and Owners Suite. However, the houses are rented by individual renters so no shared spaces within the Carriage House.
