Quirky Fun Chalet near SNP, Skiing, and Wineries

• Our chalet is a quirky, slightly rustic house for a family or a small group. • 17 min. from Shenandoah NP, 32 min. from Massanutten Ski Resort, and near many vineyards. • Hot tub, dog friendly, fire pit, basement game room with karaoke, large decks, and a campground style charcoal grill. • Pool table, air hockey, tabletop retro video game console and corn hole. 65" Roku TV with a Dolby Atmos Soundbar and a Blu-Ray player. • Gigabit fiber internet for super fast streaming video and audio. The space • Main bedroom has a memory foam queen bed is in the upstairs loft area along with a 1/2 bath. • The 2 other bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins, also memory foam beds) are on the main level with a full bath featuring a bathtub and enclosed shower. • There are ceiling fans in the loft area to help with air circulation which is nice with chalet-style houses. • Basement features a game room, wood stove style fireplace, and an unfinished space with a washer and dryer. • There are 2 decks on the front side of the house and the lower back deck off of the basement game room where the hot tub is located. • A fire pit with a seating area is located next to the house on the left side. (Wood and fire starters are provided as a courtesy most of the time) • Keep in mind this house is located in a rural wooded area, so all the wildlife one finds in rural wooded places may show up here. Guest access • Guests have full access to the whole house with the exception of a locked owner's closet on the main floor. • A shed located off to the side of the property, but that is also off-limits to guests. • A closet with any needed cleaning supplies in the main floor queen bed room. Other things to note • 4WD or AWD recommended in the winter time when there is inclement weather as the road to our driveway is gravel and somewhat steep • The only pets allowed in this house are dogs. (Please, no cats) Our side deck can be closed off for dogs. • We try our best to provide firewood and fire starters for the fire pit and the fireplace. • The charcoal grill has a chimney starter, but we don't provide charcoal.
