Fully equipped kitchen with all the basics you will need to cook, or dine out in nearby Lake Stevens, Snohomish or Everett. Many windows to let natural sunlight in. For nighttime, there are dimmable lights in the cottage to create the perfect mood. No on-site laundry. There is a fantastic laundry mat 12 minutes away in downtown Snohomish. Snohomish Laundry Co. Drop off laundry and return later to pick up, or explore the coffee shops and restaurants & shopping downtown while you’re waiting for laundry. Must love dogs: let me tell you about Hank. Hank lives on the property. He is a 5 year old rescue hound mix. You probably won’t see him much. His owner takes him out several times a day in the back yard to exercise. He gets excited to see people and will likely bark to say hello. He is not very good with boundaries and may try to jump up. Overall Hank is a good hearted dog that loves to chase his ball. I just want to make sure if you stay here you are aware Hank lives on the property and uses the backyard daily. I have built a fence around the cottage back patio to make sure Hank gives you space. There is no fence walking to the cottage entrance from the parking area. Hank is not great with other dogs on property. The driveway has two entrances. Please park in the designated guest parking spot to the left of main house. If you have two cars please park the extra vehicle on the opposite side of main house along white fence. I will be available to help with any questions you may have while being a guest. This property is surrounded by residential neighborhoods. About a mile to lake Stevens shopping and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood. About a mile to shopping and restaurants in Lake Stevens. There are two tenants living on the property. One tenant has a large hound dog named ‘Hank’ that likes to bark when seeing new people.
