Apartment 2 Bedroom Kitchenette, Washer & Dryer

We are renting an area of our house. It is private for your secure stay, with a key code lock entry. 1 bedroom King bed w/ attached bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs is living/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen has sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, all utensils and refrigerator. Living area has sectional couch, 55" TV with Direct TV. Dining area has table, two chairs and a bench seat. This area has its own AC controlled by you. Washer and dryer available as needed. Relaxing and Safe. The space The living/dining/kitchen area is on its our seperated AC unit. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry are on a floor with AC controlled by owner. The temperature will be 70 degrees year-round. Guest access The laundry is a community laundry and will be available as needed. Those detail can be worked out upon arrival. Other things to note This space is setup for traveling workers. We have much experience furnishing and catering to the traveling worker. Most our stays are 3 months or longer. We strive to provide a relaxing, convenient, quiet and secure living. Our children are grown, and this space is in our home. We onsite if you have any needs. We have hosted nurses, electric lineman, consulting managers, security system installers and construction tradesmen.
