On the 1st floor: living room & kitchen with wooden beams, vaulted bedroom & office, laundry room, toilet. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 TV room with sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, toilet. On the 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom, terrace, toilet. View of St Julien from the terrace, a place for aperitifs par excellence. Linens and bed linens included. The space Going down the street you arrive directly on the Place des Arcades, it is hyper central: cafes and restaurants 30 meters to the left, 2 organic grocery stores 30 meters to the right. Extremely quiet because the road is one-way except for residents. The garage on the ground floor houses 4 bikes, it cannot accommodate a vehicle. Guest access Passage by car in the street possible (one way) to unload the vans, but not to park. Parking is free throughout the city, the first spaces are within 50 steps of the house. Bike garage on the ground floor, the 3 floors are fully available, except for the 2 offices of the 3rd that we have condemned. Other things to note The terrace has its own sink as well as a small fridge, electric BBQ Fold the parasol once you leave the terrace (there is sometimes a lot of wind, with the risk that the parasol will fly away). Please note that the single bed in bedroom 3 was replaced with a brand new 140 x 190 bed in January 2026. Please note that one of the "rooms" is actually the common room on the 2nd floor, this is where there is a sofa bed, right next to the bathroom and toilet. Privacy question, it's not really that 🤭
