The lower floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a guest room with a 80 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and sauna. Dining room with room for 8 people, living room with two sofas and fireplace. Balcony that goes around the house, pool, outdoor shower, barbecue area, and private soccer field. The space Welcome to a peaceful and well-equipped villa – perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy peace, comfort and community, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The villa is about 180 m² and spread over two floors. There are a total of four bedrooms, a TV room with sofa bed and two bathrooms – one with bathtub and one with shower and sauna. The open floor plan on the lower floor provides plenty of space for socializing with a dining room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Outside, a large terrace that runs around the house, a private pool, outdoor shower, barbecue area and a private football field awaits – perfect for both play and relaxation. There's also a charging station for electric cars. The plot and pool are completely protected from view, so here you can move completely freely without being seen by neighbors or passers-by. The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. PLEASE NOTE that the 8th person is offered overnight accommodation on an inflatable mattress in any room – please contact us in advance if this is desired, then it will be placed in the desired room. Here you live comfortably in a natural environment with all the amenities needed for a memorable stay.
