The open floor plan on the lower floor provides ample space for socializing with dining for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Outside, you'll find a large patio that wraps around the house, a private pool, an outdoor shower, a pizza oven, a barbecue area, an espresso machine, and your own soccer field – perfect for both play and relaxation. There's also a charging area for an electric car. The plot and pool are completely secluded, so here you can move freely without any view of neighbors or passers-by. The property can accommodate up to 8 persons. PLEASE NOTE that the 8th person will be offered an overnight stay on an extra bed placed in any room – please let us know in advance if you would like this, and the bed will be placed in the desired room. Here you live comfortably in a natural environment with all the amenities needed for a memorable stay.
