Ideal studio for a vacation or weekend by the sea as a couple or family. All you have to do is park your vehicle on the private site in the property and everything is done on foot or by bike. Located 20 m from the beach, 100 m from shops and 400 m from the Île d'Yeu shuttle. The rental can accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The studio is located on the street side. The space The studio is renovated. It consists of: - sofa bed in the living room - pillow and duvet (sheets not provided) - an entrance with 2 bunk beds 70 x 180 - pillows (sheets not provided) - a bathroom (shower) (towels not provided) - separate toilet - a living room with equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, ceramic stove) - TV - ceiling fan - private parking - closet Guest access Located a stone's throw from shops. (Pedestrian street with ice cream parlor, restaurant, bar, bakery...) Private parking space. Tourist office close to the apartment. Supermarket and laundromat located on the same avenue. Close to the ferry terminal. Oyster farm 50 m away (you can enjoy seafood with sea view 😉) Other things to note A duvet and pillows are available. Towels and bed linens will be provided on your side. You have the option to rent them from our concierge service (additional service). Finally, we will ask you to leave the studio clean when you leave. Garbage cans must be taken out.
