The apartment has 2 floors, 1 balcony facing the sea, as well as a private roof terrace on the top floor with a good patio. Wifi with high capacity. The apartment is wearing shoes in the apartment, the same with pets. Cannot be used for events or party/company. There are 2 living rooms in the apartment and there is a separate office space with screens, keypad etc by the living room on the top floor.
