Built on the edge of Pirongia village, this modern home provides a great base to explore the area. 30 minutes drive to Cambridge and Hamilton, and 45 minutes to beautiful Raglan or the Waitomo caves. Cosy in the winter with underfloor heating, double glazing throughout, and a woodburner. In summer relax on the verandah enjoying sunset views of Pirongia mountain and the Mangapiko stream that flows past the property. The space The house is tucked away into a lifestyle block and includes three double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. Two living spaces include an entertainers kitchen/dining/lounge that opens out to a generous verandah. The kitchen has an espresso machine and all the essentials you’ll need. A second cozy lounge has a TV and library of books for you to enjoy during your stay. Parking for four cars in the ample driveway plus an internal access garage. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property.
