We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our condo is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens. ● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Delivery of mail or packages to the condo is not permitted. The condo uses a private locked mailbox which Guests will not have access to. Property owner is not responsible for any unauthorized delivery attempts. ● If you are under the age of 25 or have no reviews on your Airbnb profile, we may decline your booking request or cancel your reservation. ● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 minutes late and a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host prior.
