Right by the plaza Davidhallstorg with rich social and cultural life. There are many cafés, restaurants and bars at easy walking distance from the apartment. Even though the apartment is centrally located, the area is quite calm. The house is built in the 1920’s and has beautiful wooden floors and the whole place is light and airy thanks to the high ceiling. The apartment has a normal standard and is fully equipped. The living-room has a TV, a comfortable sofa and a large dinnertable. In the kitchen there’s a small dinnertable for two people. The bathroom has a shower. The large bedroom has an double bed (160 cm). The small bedroom has a singlebed (90 cm). There is also a singlebed in the living-room.
