Welcome to this totally renovated 1914 beauty brought back to life! Huge living room with beautiful fireplace, dining room with table that seats 12 people, sparkling spacious kitchen! VERY FAST INTERNET access and VERY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN DETROIT (Fisher Theater, Cobo Center, Ford Field, Little Ceasars Arena, etc), a short ride (Uber/Lyft) ride and very close to the QLine, two - 4K tvs, no neighbors on either side so plenty of space, all the amenities your group needs! We would love to host you! The space SOME VERY IMPORTANT THINGS: PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK: The reason I'm able to host is because I have quiet wonderful neighbors that expect awesome and respectful guests thus I have a 0 policy for bad behavior (per the rules). 1.- COMFORT: Unlike other old houses in Detroit, the heat/cool is top notch since it has basically been rebuilt with great insulation so that means a very comfortable stay! Central Air/Heat in ALL areas of the house. The house still maintains it's old house charm though! 2.- CLEANLINESS: we pride ourselves in a VERY clean and spotless house! All linens are washed every single turnover we make sure our bathrooms and kitchen are spotless, swifter and mop all floors, etc, etc, no 1 hour cleaning here, we take our time to clean well, we take cleaning seriously! 3) PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE: This street is one of the quietest in the neighborhood, I have no neighbors to either side so very quiet and low key and this house returns the favor to my neighbors nearby which means no issues with noise so perfect for low key groups! 4) NEIGHBORHOOD: Very up and coming neighborhood, plenty of rehabs, and now new construction as well, with a dwindling amount of vacant houses most on their way to get rehabbed or torn down. Modern amenities like USB charging in every room of the house, 4K TVs, gigabit high speed internet, key-less entry, washer/dryer in the basement, no issues with parking, Brand New Driveway and also plenty of space in front of the house! We do have an alarm system so you have the option of turning on the alarm (there are also outside cameras), I stayed at the house a ton of days while rehabbing the house and no problems, it's a quiet street with quiet neighbors! Parking: Brand New Driveway, plus parking in front of the house PLUS if you have heavy equipment we can accommodate since we have the empty lot next to the house as well we love BUSINESS GROUPS OTHER HOUSES WE OFFER: We have 2 big duplexes nearby (by Henry Ford Hospital), 9 bedrooms and the other 7.
