Lee-Jean Lake House is a Cozy Retreat with an Amazing Lake View, located in the country but near enough to the city! It is located between the Ark Encounter (16 mi) and Creation Museum (34 mi).The welcoming nature of the house is apparent when you open the glass sliding door curtains to see a beautiful Lake View! You can enjoy fishing off the dock or take the Kayaks out or simply sit on the deck and enjoy the view! It has an unfinished basement with a game room. (see pics for water craft prices) The house area is level, no steps. It only has one 4” step-up to the deck. There are two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living & dining areas, and laundry room, without steps. There is a staircase to the Unfinished Basement down to the Game Room. It is lake front property so expect a steep walk up and down in the backyard, to the lake. You can walk on the steps or in the grass. You will have full access of the entire house, yard, dock, and lake front. There are two locked closets used for storage and cleaning supplies inside the house. Both bedrooms have guest closets, ceiling fans, and luggage racks. If I am available when you arrive, I would love to meet up and show you around. Lee-Jean Lake House is located in a rural-country beautiful setting, on the lake, but close enough to restaurants and shopping.--three miles off the highway. The Lake House has Central Heating & Air Conditioning. There are a lot of trees and nature to enjoy. It is very pleasant sitting on the deck watching fishing boats and kayaks go by. The lake is known and admired as a "Fisherman's Lake," not a party lake. Fishing license ARE required for anyone 16 years and older. No license required for ages 15 and under. Trash pick-up is early Friday mornings. I will be there Thursday evening to set it out, if needed. I will not disturb you. Also, Lawn Care mows the grass once per week or as needed. He will not disturb you, either. The road to the lake narrows the closer you get to the Lake House, so drive slowly. Also, watch for deer crossing. You will turn right onto a gravel drive which takes you to the concrete driveway. Parking is on concrete....plenty of room for two automobiles. Lee-Jean Lake House and Basement is Smoke Free and Pet Free. You must be at least 25 years old to book. The person who books, MUST be the guest, for insurance purposes.
