Welcome to a cozy, private room on the second floor of a friendly family home. This 12’x12’ bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated desk for working or studying, and a built-in closet. Guests have access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway and a spacious shared kitchen downstairs. Perfect for professionals or students looking for a quiet, homey atmosphere. The space Two story single family home, bedrooms are standard 12X12. House is not child proofed. Guest access Feel free to relax in the upstairs lounge or out on the back patio. You are welcome to use the kitchen, including the fridge and pantry storage for your groceries—just please be sure to clean up after yourself (dish soap is provided). Note that we don’t have a dishwasher, so dishes should be washed by hand and left to dry on the rack. You’re welcome to use the washer/dryer, but please bring your own detergent. Just a heads-up: we don’t have a TV. Finally, to keep things comfortable, please check with us before adjusting the thermostat, and kindly park on the street rather than in the driveway. Thanks! During your stay As your hosts, we live in the house and are available via phone, text, or Airbnb messenger, or in person. We love chatting with guests, but completely respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy your stay. Other things to note "Welcome to our home! We live a healthy, quiet lifestyle and are looking for guests who appreciate a calm, clean environment. Guest Requirements: To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, all guests must have a verified ID and a completed profile picture. Please share a little bit about yourself and the purpose of your trip when booking. House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking, drug-free home. Tobacco is not allowed inside, but you are welcome to smoke in the backyard. Very important to keep your room, bathroom clean. Do not leave food leftovers in your room. Please keep noise to a minimum. No parties or loud music. Shoes: We have a strict no-outdoor-shoes policy inside. Please bring indoor footwear . Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking. Please clean up after yourself immediately to keep the space tidy for everyone. Parking: Park on the street, not driveway. Pets: We have two cats. Ringo is very shy and stays mostly outside, but comes in to sleep. Toulouse is young, friendly, and very curious. We look forward to hosting you!
