In my beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor, a minute from Gordon street, you can use all modern facilities including a water filtering system. You can relax in a beautiful balcony overlooking a huge tree and a quiet street, in a unique district of TLV. The space The apartment, which is a five minutes walk from Gordon beach, is a 90 square meters modern apartment on the 2nd floor. All the windows in the apartment, including the doors to terrace are double glazed and has fly screens. There are 2 bedrooms, and a sofa in the living-room that can be used as a bed. Sleeping arrangments: 5 persons can sleep in the apartment, and if required in advance - one more sleeping place can be arranged. The first bedroom has a large queen size bed. This room can accommodate 2 persons. The 2nd bedroom has an open up sofa bed that opens into two single beds or can be joined into a double bed. This room can accommodate 2 persons. In the living-room there is a sofa in which one person can sleep, and if you ask for an extra bed, we can arrange it. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped, has a dinning table for 6 persons, a water-filtering system and a nice exit to the balcony. Bathroom: The bathroom has a nice modern bath/shower and a toilet. Entertainment: You will find 1 TV set in the living room. Air condition: There are 3 separate AC units: in the big bedroom, in the second bedroom and in the living-room and kitchen- dining-room. You will also find a ceiling-ventilator in each bedroom. Wi-Fi: Free high speed internet. Laundry: There is a washer and wires to hang the laundry outside, and also a device to hang them inside. Bed linens and towels: Clean sheets, bed linens and towels. Parking: Finding a spot on the Street is quiet difficult at times, so you will probably park your rental on the public parking lot that is located 400 meters away on Frishman Street. The price for parking changes but it is usually around 20$ per day of parking. Guest Access Guests have Access to all parts of the apartment. The Neighborhood The area is filled with restaurant, cafes, grocery shops, Galleries and much more! Getting Around You are in the best location of Tel Aviv so you can basically walk everywhere or use all the main lines buses that are located all around Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff streets.
