'Schuttenheem' farmhouse (half) and large garden

Our charming and stylish farm is located on the former estate Ruurlo (now owned by Staatsbosbeheer) in the beautiful Achterhoek region. The forests of this former estate start in the backyard - here you can wander for miles, cycling and mountain biking. The space The farm consists of 2 complete houses, each one a half of the farm - we ourselves live in the other half, while this half is offered here. Through the back door you enter the new kitchen (2022) with induction cooking plates, fridge and combination oven. The living room is in the former animal section. It is spacious and cosy and there is a cozy fireplace (firewood available). The master bedroom is on the ground floor, as is the bathroom (with washing machine and dryer). A second double bed is on the mezzanine/first floor. The master bedroom contains a large 180 x 200cm bed. Note that the double bed on the mezzanine/first floor is a bit smaller (140 x 200cm). There is a large private garden and plenty parking space.
