Modern and stylish, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom to include high-end touches throughout. Black stainless appliances, a rain showerhead, and faucets that turn on with just a tap are a few of the features that make this home feel luxurious. The front porch overlooks a quiet brick street, great for relaxing mornings and evenings. An open kitchen, dining room, and living room make the living area seem much more spacious than it appears from the outside. The 65" QLED TV and surround sound make it a great place for watching a movie. The closet on the main floor spans the entire length of the room, and provides plenty of space for hanging clothes, numerous shelves, and 4 drawers that should easily fit all your luggage. The house has a finished basement with 9 foot ceilings, large windows (2 egress windows), and carpet and luxury vinyl tile throughout. The 1/2 bath in the basement is still in the process of being finished. It has a full vanity and toilet and will soon have a tile shower and whirlpool tub. This is the only room of the house that is not completely finished, but it is still great as a 1/2 bath in its current state. One of the two bedrooms is also in the basement, and includes one full and one twin bed. Guests will have access to the entire house and property. The driveway is large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles, and the house will be all yours during your stay. I will not be available in person, but I respond quickly to messages and have family in town who can help with anything that is needed. I am happy to help with anything I can, and can always give recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This house is in a terrific neighborhood. Extremely safe location and very friendly neighbors. Located only a couple minutes from interstate 57, it offers an easy drive to Kankakee, Rantoul, and Champaign. For safety purposes, I do not leave an iron at the house, but there is a steamer in the laundry room, and the dryer has a steam setting. There is a charcoal grill available upon request to enjoy grilling in the spacious backyard. I try to provide farm fresh eggs from my parent's chickens for each guest. The chickens don't always lays eggs when it is cold, so availability may vary.
