Weekends on the Palouse! [Pullman, WA]

We welcome you to our home, set on the gorgeous rolling hills of the Palouse region. Just 2.5 miles north of Pullman city limit, and a 10 minute drive to Martin Stadium at WSU. Our home is a 1959 midcentury ranch updated to modern standards. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The space Feel free to walk the property - the views on the far west end, past the quonset building, are amazing! Prior guests have mentioned how much they love the views, especially at sunrise and sunset, the peace and quiet, and all the outdoor spaces to explore! Exterior property rules: 1. For your safety, we expect all guests to respect the property and the following property rules. 2. There are several industrial buildings on the property; these spaces are private and our guests are not allowed to enter them, or open/close the doors. 3. There may be farm machinery sitting around the property; do not touch it or climb on it. 4. We do not allow bon fires, open fires, or smoking of any kind (including vaping) anywhere on the property; the one exception is the gas fire table on the west patio. 5. There is a smaller residence on the back of the property; friendly people with one medium-sized dog. Please respect their space and stay off their lawn. You probably won't see them, unless they are driving in or out. 6. Parents, please do not allow your children to go past the main house lawn into the above mentioned areas unattended. 7. These areas are monitored by camera 24/7. 8. Please note that we have two wonderful outdoor cats; Shorty (Siamese) and JoJo (black). All are vaccinated on schedule and super friendly. Feel free to pet them if you wish, but please don't let them in the house. Guest access Interior Access: Inside the house, there are two locked rooms that are not accessible to our guests. Additionally, the garage has personal items in the cabinets and chest freezer. Please do not access these areas. Note: there is a camera in the garage for security. Grand Ave. features a deli, bakery, Butcher-y meat department, burrito/taco bar, acai bar, fresh-rolled sushi, coffee/juice bar, hot pizza, a build-your-own ice cream bar…and a 2,000 SF “Brew Lab” with the best selection of beers in the PNW region. It’s amazing!
