Modern vacation home in a central location of Wernigerode, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, green city oasis. Living area with fireplace, floor heating, large dining table. Well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: First floor double bed, upper floor 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed. Attic with play facilities. Garden with fruit trees. Parking space for 5-6 cars in the premises, expanded in 2022. On the first floor is the entrance area, a bedroom, a modern shower bath and the large living area with a modern open kitchen. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the gallery with a small desk. In the attic there is a lounge area with play facilities. Living area Large living area with fireplace, couch set and exit to the garden. Up to 10 people can sit at the large table with a tree edge. The living room also has underfloor heating. Kitchen The largest kitchen of our vacation properties has plenty of storage space. Furthermore, we can offer our guests a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, fully automatic coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various accessories for your stay. Thus, the day in Wernigerode can end with a great evening. Bedrooms With a total of 5 bedrooms and 10 beds, we can also accommodate larger groups in the house. The bedrooms are divided as follows: • First floor with double bed • Upper floor 3x with double bed • Upper floor 1x bunk bed with passage to the “master bedroom” The double beds are all high-quality box spring beds – after a long day you should be able to recharge your batteries here. The 4 large bedrooms are all equipped with TV. Furthermore, the bedrooms still offer sufficient storage space with a wardrobe and/or chest of drawers. Play area in the attic In the converted attic, we have created a small area for joint game evenings. We currently have a foosball table, a small Carrera track, various board games, toys for the little ones and of course plenty of Barbie toys in the house. Garden: Green oasis in the city In Minslebener Str. 3a you will find a small green oasis despite its central location in the city. Several fruit trees are very popular, especially among children. To my amazement, we even found grapes Parking Spaces In 2022, we expanded the parking spaces again. Thus, 1-2 parking spaces are currently available on the premises for the vacation home. If it gets “tight,” public parking spaces are still available in front of the house for free use. Linens, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are included. Prices plus tourist tax Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out should be by 10 am.
