Enjoy this spacious and lovely 800 square-foot apartment — with your spouse, kids, family, or friends! All the comforts of a home is here! There’s plenty of space for a couple, a small family, or even a group of four. Metro Verdun is exactly 3 minutes on foot. And free on-street parking is easily available. The apt is on the 3rd floor — NO elevator, so you would need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Please read the “Descriptions” section for more detailed information. Thank you - Merci :) The space I created this apartment having in mind “a small family with one or perhaps two kids” as the ideal clients. This apartment is located in Verdun, which is a neighbourhood just outside of downtown Montreal. The apartment is in a residential area, which is next to Promenade Wellington, plenty of green spaces, great bike paths, and the St. Lawrence River — the location makes it deal for a family! It is a short trip either by metro or by car to downtown Montreal. Metro Verdun is just around the corner — it is exactly 3 minutes to walk to. THE SPACE: You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of a six-plex complex. ****** PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, SO YOU WOULD NEED TO WALK UP TWO FLIGHT OF STAIRS to get to the apartment. The first flight of stairs would lead you to your main door, and after entering, you will see another set of stairs that will take you into the actual apartment. The interior size of the apartment is about 800 square feet. In addition to this, there are two balconies — one in the front (equipped with two patio chairs, a table and a small parasol) and one in the back, which faces a back area with lots of trees (see pictures). **SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: this apartment can sleep 4 people comfortably (1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and 1 pull-out couch that is equivalent to a double bed). **BEDROOM: There is one closed bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed. **LIVING ROOM: The living room has a pull-out couch that folds out into a bed (which is equivalent to a double bed). **OFFICE: In the office, there is an office desk and chair. In this room, there is a single bed with a proper mattress (previously, it was an air mattress, which I have replaced with a proper single bed). The office exits into the front balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, for both short and long-term stays. The kitchen exits into the back balcony.
