This 650 sq ft guest house was remodeled early in 2022 & is a great place for folks needing a temporary "mid-term" rental. We cater to folks that are in between homes or going through a major remodel and need a quiet comfortable place for 1-3 months. The guest house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a private bedroom with lg closet and a full bathroom as well as laundry. It is very quiet and deer frequently pass thru the yard but is also close to Downtown Woodstock & Downtown Roswell. The living space is open with lots of natural daylight. There is a small desk for a designated work space - the larger round kitchen table could also be used. You have access tot he entire space but will share a driveway with guests staying in the main house. We prefer to meet you upon check-in and then are nearby if something is needed during your stay.
