Authentic Milanese flat in Città Studi

This newly refurbished flat in the Città Studi district is ideal for both professionals on business trips, and tourists looking for a base from which to explore the beautiful city of Milan. The flat features a double, en suite bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen, blending architectural elements from the first half of the 20th century with brand new fittings, furniture, and amenities - including a 4K HDR smart TV. The space The en suite bedroom boasts a cosy double bed for two guests, a wardrobe offering generous storage space, and original 1930s flooring in gorgeous Cementine tiles -- a Milanese icon. A window opens up on an inner courtyard with trees and a water feature, also dating back to the 1930s. The bedroom is connected to a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a walk-in shower, a bidet/bowl, a washing machine, and heated towel rails. The living room features an elegant parquet flooring, a dining table, and a 4K HDR smart TV. The kitchen is in a separate room and is fitted with a spacious fridge, electric hobs, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, and plenty of cupboard space. Cutlery and cookware are provided. The living room also includes an ample sofa bed which can accommodate a third guest (in addition to the two already present in the double bedroom). Please bear in mind, however, that the third guest would have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, as it is en suite (please see layout attached). The flat was completely renovated in summer 2022, and refurnished in summer 2024. It has heating, air conditioning, and a very fast (345 Mbps) and reliable fibre broadband/Wi-Fi. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a 1930s building. Guest access The entire flat is at your disposal and your disposal only -- there are no areas shared with others. Other things to note Some details on the local area: The flat is conveniently placed at the heart of Città Studi, a lively and vibrant district of Milan, while also being located in a rather quiet street. The surrounding areas enjoy a beautiful variety of Liberty, Rationalist, and post-bellum architecture. The bustling streets and bars of Porta Venezia and the shopping hub of Corso Buenos Aires are 15-20 minutes away on foot. The metro stations Piola (line M2), Loreto (M1 and M2), and Susa (M4) are only a 5-, 10-, and 15-minute walk from the flat, respectively, guaranteeing excellent connections with the city centre and business districts (e.g. 20 minutes to reach the Duomo, 12 minutes to Stazione Centrale, 17 minutes to Moscova, 25 minutes to Brera, 40 minutes to Rho Fiera). The nearby bus lines 90/91/92 also provide handy transport links along both Circonvallazioni (the network of roads encircling the city centre). The historic trams 19 and 33 also stop nearby. The Dateo railway station is 15 minutes away and offers multiple suburban railway connections (the "Passante"). Linate airport is roughly 15 minutes away by car. The new underground line M4 connects the airport with piazzale Susa in 5 minutes; piazzale Susa itself is a 15-minute walk from the flat, or 3 stops of the 90/91 buses. If travelling from/to Malpensa airport, you can take the Malpensa Express train, which connects the airport to the Stazione Centrale railway station in 50 minutes. As you would expect, there are supermarkets, coffee bars, newsagents, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, post offices etc., all within a few minutes by foot from the flat.
