The space This is a 3 storey house with 3 bedrooms and 7 beds good for 8 guests. A caretaker is just 20 steps away. You'll love this place because it is located inside exclusive, guarded and gated subdivision. A laundromat and convenience store is located just outside the gate. This property is ideal for both short-term vacations and long-term business stays with a dedicated workspace and 500Mbps wifi. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise, then head back for morning coffee. Retreat to the deck of this spacious getaway and witness the sunset, gaze at the twinkling constellations or curl up in the swinging chair in a breezy, cool weather. Guest access Entire place Other things to note - This is a meet and greet check-in - Pets with diaper are welcome. - All bedrooms are airconditioned. - No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided. For long-term stay, cleaning can be arranged. - We provide a one-time essential kits (toilet paper, alcohol, room spray) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. Provide your own toiletries. - Change of towels every after 5 days or every check in of new guests, change of bed linens is every week or every check in of new guests. - Kitchen is equipped with complete basic cooking utensils and appliances. Dinnerware and cutleries are good for 20 persons. Just bring your own cooking ingredients. - Mineral/drinking water is provided. - Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability with 24 hour advance notice. - Luggage storage is available. - Electric usage – In order to keep our rates affordable, we made the use of aircon in the living room optional. If you wish to use it, you may ask the caretaker to turn it on at additional cost of P500/day. Please conserve electricity and water. We encourage you to turn off all appliances when not in use especially when leaving the house. Air-conditioning units should not run for 24 hours to avoid damage and surge of bills (please consider that our rates are affordable) We will be imposing an extra charge of Php10/kWh for every wattage that exceeds 50 kWh per day. We will be noting the check-in kWh and the check-out kWh. - Strictly NO SMOKING inside the place.
