The accommodation, pleasant and comfortable, is completely new and well-equipped. On a surface area of 40 m2, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room including an equipped kitchen with a dining and relaxation area, a shower room and a bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a living room with sofa bed and TV. The bay window will offer you a view of the garden shared with the owners. The private terrace faces south and has various outdoor amenities. The space The new kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, oven, automatic bean espresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker and various kitchen utensils). The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and a TV. The terrace includes a table and chairs, an umbrella, two sun loungers, a barbecue and a chest containing small outdoor games. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two TVs and a Bluetooth speaker. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided. Entrance and private parking closed by an electric and secure gate (video surveillance). Electric vehicle connection (we cannot guarantee compatibility of all vehicles). Upon advance request, we can provide you with free baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, baby bath, babycook, games) or small appliances (raclette, plancha, etc.). Guest access You have access to the garden which is shared. So you can meet our son who sometimes takes advantage of it or ourselves, especially for maintenance. Other things to note The property has a mezzanine that requires the vigilance of parents accompanied by young children. Before leaving the premises, we ask guests to remove dirty sheets and towels, take out the garbage, clean the oven and stove tops as well as the barbecue grill. This is not included in the cleaning fee. For rentals of two people requiring two separate beds, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the second bed.
