It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. This studio unit features an efficient design including chic accent walls & furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/work area, luxurious bathroom and walk out terrace. We offer 100 mbps WIFI, high powered AC, quality ceiling fans, a 55” smart TV and plenty of natural light to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Bedroom Absolute attention to detail has been paid to the design and decoration of this apartment. The bedroom consists of a queen size bed and 5-star hotel quality mattress with neutral bedding. It features a bed frame and nightstands constructed from Costa Rican sourced wood and is accented by hanging lamps and chic wallpaper that give it a classic elegant look. The rest of the space is divided between the modern kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with plenty of sitting furniture and a 55’ TV mounted on the wall for late night Netflix. There are blackout blinds throughout the unit to ensure a great night's sleep after a day enjoying the Costa Rican sun and nightlife. Bathroom: The bathroom has a modern city feel to it, with large tile walls and countertops, mirror and recessed shelf design in the shower featuring all of your necessities including environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen: Our modern and stylish kitchen has electric stovetops and concrete countertops. Guests also have access to a shared secluded pool, outside shower and gathering terrace. We have one parking space per unit on site that is available for guests free of charge. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. Other things to note Please note that the pool is a shared space located in the center of all the suites. We kindly ask you for your cooperation in maintaining order and adhering to the schedule which is from 7am to 9pm. Thank you
