Unique courtyard apartment with large balcony and lake view

Newly renovated apartment in the old warehouse on Himmelsholm. Here you can relax and enjoy the proximity to nature with views of the lake and forest right outside. The apartment has a spacious kitchen/dining room with direct access to the large terrace. A cozy TV room with sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The space There is room for four people in two bedrooms. The apartment has an open plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Sofa bed in the living room with room for two. Guest access Private parking outside the apartment. Private patio at the back of the house but also access to the large garden that is located along the lake with, among other things, a patio on a raft and in the orangery. You live next door to us, Anki and Benjamin, who run Himmelsholm's Studio and usually have the opportunity to book time in the ceramics workshop. Skåneleden and several marked hiking trails are a stone's throw from the accommodation. Other things to note Cleaning/bed linen The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning equipment is available. Cleaning available for purchase for a fee of SEK 1000. Please bring your own towels and bed linens. Can be rented for SEK 150/person. Notify before check-in! The lake The cottage is located next to the lake but it is not directly suitable for swimming as the bottom is muddy and there may be bloodsuckers.
