Our first floor apartment has easy access! Enjoy a clean well-appointed space at The Short North Getaway. Our apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The space Our apartment has been renovated and designed to be a stylish and cozy stay for a couple or single traveler. No Steps in our apartment! Our flat has a great bedroom, and a living room that is designed well for catching up with a friend. Our kitchen is stocked for a quick meal, and our bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests will have full exclusive access to our apartment in Unit A. The front and back yard are shared spaces with our downstairs neighbors. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
