Welcome to my place! You'll stay in one of two bedrooms, which is equipped with a queen size bed, a desk, a large cupboard, an a/c, and fast wi-fi. The bathroom, kitchen, and all other spaces will be shared with me. I am a ceramicist, painter, art historian and plant lover. I've been renovating my apartment recently, trying to make each corner unique. The place is still a work in progress, but perfectly livable. It is quiet, comfy, colorful, green, and has a large terrace to chill out! The space My apartment has an open plan, with just three doors to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The remaining space, including the kitchen, hall, dining room and living room, is interconnected. I have a fast wi-fi connection (fiber), but no tv (to compensate, there are quite a lot of books around). As I like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped, and there's quite a big terrace where you can eat or just sit and relax. Guest access Guests are allowed in any of the common areas, but I would ask them to be considerate and give me some privacy at specific times, when I teach my online lessons in a part of the living room that I use as my office, or when I paint. Otherwise, I am pretty relaxed having people around. Also, I am quite a clean and precise person and there are things I care about scattered throughout my apartment, so I would appreciate if you could be as respectful as possible while you use the space. Normally I communicate with my guests daily, either in person or through the phone. Other things to note INFO ABOUT TAXES: The Greek government has just introduced a new tax on all Airbnb rentals of 8 euros per night from April through October (the rest of the year the tax is 2 euros per night).
