Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Fully furnished house on the edge of Show Low; minutes from downtown but miles from your stresses. The house is set on 5 acres overlooking 35 acres of fields of green in the summer and pristine white snow in the winter. The space This rustic House at Whipple Ranch features 3 bedrooms/1 full bath/1 three quarter bath with a walk in shower. The master has a comfy queen size bed, spacious closets, a TV with a smart blueray player, and a cozy porch with a seating area and table to have your morning coffee, or an afternoon cocktail hour. Bedroom 2 has a brand new bed frame and 12" Plush Memory Foam Mattress, dresser, and ample closet. Bedroom 3 has a brand new bedroom set with a pillow top queen mattress, ample closet space, and a TV and smart blueray player. Washer and Dryer are available to use, with prior request, they are located in a separate part of the house. The TV room includes a retro couch to lounge on while watching the 60" smart TV, or taking an afternoon nap. Wi-Fi is available it is Starlink satellite internet. There are over 150 DVD's and BlueRay's availble to watch when the internet is slow. Come relax, enjoy, and unplug. The open plan living room features a floor to ceiling brick wall encasing a wood burning fireplace where you can gather around with family and friends, listen to the wood crackle, and enjoy the warmth on those cold winter nights. Included is a fully stocked kitchen with all of the most wanted cooking necessities, featuring an antique butcher block island that is a great place to prep and serve food. Just off of this living space is a large front porch with a couch, chairs, 2 lodge pole rocking benches, featuring great morning sun and afternoon shade with views of the full 40 acres including a small lake, and fields with our horses grazing. There is a huge front and back grass yard with chairs available to chill while hanging out with your family and friends. Beyond the back yard is picnic tables, horseshoe pit, and a 2 person hammock. On the front patio is a Weber Four burner gas grill with side pot burner, another movable solo stove fire pit, and picnic table. There are 4 portable AC units in the house. Depending on the number of guest and any abnormal outdoor temperatures will determine how cool the house stays during the day. Other things to note Washer and dryer are in a semifinished basement and can be used upon request. Door is normally locked for safety since it leads to a downstairs stairwell.
