We loved our trip to Austin and Sante Fe so much, we designed our own stay-cation home to share with you. Keyless Entry The space You are on the first story of a two story duplex. You have off street parking in the back for a car, and plenty of parking on the street. Sometimes the neighbors above can be a little noisy, so please call us and we will ask them to to keep it down after quiet hours. The home was just remodeled from top to bottom. We are very proud of this home that belongs to us. If you need us to address anything during your stay, please ask... we are 4 blocks away. Guest access Guest access is completely automated and will be sent via the app 2 days prior to arrival. Your unique keyless entry code will be sent along with your check in instructions Other things to note For our extended stays, we require access to the home every 7-10 days to complete a maintenance cleaning on the home. This will make cleaning upon check out a much easier, and quicker process for our staff. As well, it helps maintain the integrity of our furniture and allow us to maintain the standard of cleanliness we strive for in our homes.
