Guest access Only guests will be able to enjoy the apartment. The 1km-wide lagoon and the 7 pools are shared with the owners and other guests; it is essential to respect the condominium rules. You can rent a kayak from the condominium management. And if you like to exercise, there is a track around the lagoon where you can run. If you want to work out, there is a gym at Plaza Vio Center, which you can pay for by the week or even by the day. To access the lagoon, we will provide you with a card and a bracelet for each guest, which you must wear every time you go swimming. The card must be returned at the end of your stay. The lagoon is cleaned on Mondays, so use is not permitted. However, you can still enjoy the 7 pools around it. To access the condominium, guests must submit photographs of their official identification at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note The condominium has a security booth where you will be asked for your ID to enter. You must provide all guests with official ID 48 hours prior to check-in to inform condo management of your stay. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and although there is an elevator, please consider it. When using the pool, you must follow the rules and take the appropriate precautions. Lifeguard service is not provided; your safety is your responsibility. (The use of a life jacket is mandatory.) The water in Mexico is not potable, so we recommend that our guests do not drink or cook with tap water. The jungle is next to the development, which can bring life to the accommodation. Remember to be clean, throw out your trash, and do not leave food out to attract animals. Remember that you are renting an Airbnb, and our rates do not include daily cleaning or towel changes. Consumables are complimentary for the first night. If you have special requests, don't hesitate to ask; we are always happy to make your stay more pleasant. Air conditioning is an included service, but we try to be eco-friendly. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it could cause malfunctions (freeze and leak). For stays of more than a week, our cleaning staff can assist you in keeping the place clean and tidy, upon request, for an additional daily charge.
