The space This mansion, la Croix-Joslette, was built in 1911 by my great-uncle, and we aim to pass it on to the next generation. Guest access The whole mansion including its park is available Warning : This house is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility / wheelchair nor for toddlers. The main floor is accessible by a staircase, 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor (2 with balcony), the last bedroom on the 2nd floor is actually a roomy attic separated in 2 rooms. Access to to the staircases, balconies, swimming pool and ponds is under the whole responsibility of guests. Other things to note Sport : Swimming Pool 5*10m (non heated), ping-pong and volley-ball equipment available for guests. Pétanque court at 200m, football field and tennis (2 courts in free access) at 400m, fishing lake at 1km, golf and horse riding at 10km (Souancé au Perche). Health : Chemist and medical house at 500m. Shopping : Bakery and convenience store at 500m, supermarket at 2km. Tourism : Nearby you may visit the Chartres cathedral, many castles (Nogent Le Rotrou, Anet, Maintenon, La Ferté-Vidame, Villebon ... etc.) and manors. You also have an easy access to Normandy and D-Days beaches, the Loire castles, and Paris / Versailles.
